How We Deliver Therapy

In-Person Appointments

We offer face-to-face sessions in a comfortable and private setting for clients who prefer in-person support.

Telehealth Psychology

We provide secure Telehealth appointments for clients across Australia. Telehealth offers flexibility and convenience while maintaining the same quality of care.

Referrals & Accessing Therapy

  • Medicare Mental Health Care Plans accepted
  • Private health rebates may apply
  • No referral required if Medicare rebate is not needed

Children’s Therapy

We support children who are experiencing emotional, behavioural, or developmental challenges. Our work with children is developmentally appropriate, engaging, and grounded in evidence-based practice.

We commonly help children with anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural concerns, trauma, family separation, and social challenges. Therapy may include play-based approaches and parent involvement to support positive change at home and school.

Adolescent & Teen Therapy

Adolescence can be a challenging time, with increased emotional, social and academic pressures. We provide a supportive and non-judgemental space where young people can talk openly and feel understood.

We work with teens experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and challenges with family or peer relationships.

Young Adult Therapy

Young adulthood often brings significant life transitions, including study, work, independence, relationships and identity development. We support young adults navigating these changes with greater confidence and clarity.

We commonly work with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, identity concerns, and adjustment difficulties, helping young adults build practical coping strategies and emotional resilience.

Adult Therapy

We provide therapy for adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. Our approach is collaborative and tailored, focusing on practical strategies that support long-term wellbeing.

We work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions, supporting meaningful and sustainable change.

Family Therapy

Family relationships can be complex, particularly during periods of stress or change. We support families to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges together.

Family therapy may be helpful when children or adolescents are experiencing emotional or behavioural difficulties, during family transitions, or when relationships feel strained or disconnected.

Military & Veteran Support

We provide specialised psychological support for current and former Defence Force members and their families. Our clinicians understand the unique challenges associated with military service, including trauma exposure, transitions to civilian life, and family impacts. Our senior psychologist was in the Air Force for 13 years and was deployed.

We support veterans and service personnel with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, adjustment difficulties, and emotional regulation, using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.
